Shipping & Returns
1. Subject and scope of transportation:
- Delivery policy applies to all customers who order through the website. centricwear.vn
- Centric will fulfill all shipping requirements for customers nationwide.
2. Shipping method:
A. Receive goods directly at the store
- For customers who come to buy in store or through the website centricwear.vn
- Please check the goods carefully, compare the product with the documents and warranty card before receiving the goods.
- In case the goods have to be transferred from another store's warehouse in the same system, the sales staff will contact you to renegotiate the delivery time.
B. Inner city delivery: Hanoi area
- Delivery fee within city: depends on shipping unit
- Delivery staff will contact customers without time requirements in advance to arrange a suitable time with the customer.
- For customers with time requirements, delivery staff will contact and arrange delivery at the time requested by the customer.
- Except in cases of urgent time or outside of store working hours, staff will contact and renegotiate with the customer for a reasonable time.
- Please check the product carefully upon receipt from the delivery staff. If there is any problem related to the type, design, quality, or quantity of the goods that are not as described in the order, please notify us immediately for coordination. If there is no problem, please receive the goods and make full payment.
- In case for some reason the delivery staff cannot deliver the goods on time, we will contact and notify you.
C. Interprovincial delivery: via Fast Delivery service
- When placing an order, please fill in the required information completely and accurately as required to facilitate us in providing goods and receiving payment quickly. We are also not responsible for cases of delayed or lost delivery due to incorrect information provided by you.
- Delivery time From 2 to 4 days (excluding Sundays or holidays). Fee: 35,000 VND/order under 1,000,000 VND, free for orders from 1,000,000 VND. This time is only relative.
- Orders placed on Sundays, holidays, and Tet: delivery time is calculated from 4:00 p.m. the following Monday or the first working day after the holiday or Tet.
- Please check the goods carefully upon receipt from the delivery person. If there is any problem related to the type, quality, or quantity of goods that are not as described in the order, please notify us immediately to coordinate with the delivery person to handle the problem.
D. Change, cancel transaction
- In the following cases, you can change or cancel the transaction:
- When the store has confirmed that the product has not been shipped yet.
- If the product has been shipped, the customer must pay shipping costs for changes.
Normally after receiving the order information, we will process the order within 24 hours and respond to the customer about payment and delivery. Delivery time is usually between 2-4 days from the date of order confirmation or according to the agreement with the customer when placing the order. However, there are cases where delivery takes longer but only occurs in the following force majeure situations:
- Our staff could not contact the customer by phone so we could not deliver the goods.
- The shipping address you provided is incorrect or difficult to find.
- The sudden increase in orders has slowed down order processing.
- A supplier delivering goods slower than expected causes a delay in delivery or a shipping partner delivering goods late.
- For shipping costs, we use external shipping services.
- Returns are not applicable for defects not caused by manufacturing.
- Exchanges are not applicable for products discounted over 50%
- Customers can exchange products within 5 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product still has its original tags and labels.
- Only applicable for exchange to products of equivalent or higher value (customer pays the difference)
- Only support 1 exchange per new order
- Customer pays shipping fee for exchange order
