We offer a hassle-free 30-day exchange/return policy. If any item in your order does not exceed your expectations, you can send it back to us, free of charge, within 30 days from the date of purchase to receive an exchange, store credit, or a full refund to the original form of payment . To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with tags still attached. Our return policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.

Please note that at this time the following purchases are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

- Items marked as “final sale”
- International orders outside of the United States
- Purchases from third-party retailers. We suggest that you contact the third-party retailer where you made your purchase for information on their return policy.

Return processing time typically takes around 5-10 business days after delivery to our return processing center. If your return is for a refund request, please note that the refund may take up to 5 business days to appear on the statement from your original form of payment.

What is Redo?

When you opt in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange or store credit for FREE.

If you decide not to buy Redo or if you prefer a full refund, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
