There's more than meets the eye when it comes to Centric activewear.

We knew that only the best would do, so we spent months looking for the best factories around the world.

After searching high and low, we carefully selected only the best. All of our manufacturing facilities are fair-wage certified workplaces that take pride in providing the highest quality of workmanship available.

Because honestly making cheap, low-quality gear isn't really our thing. While it's easier to find factories that don't live up to our high standards, we don't take the easy path.

From poor working conditions to cheap materials, we refuse to work with manufacturers who choose profits over people.

We also expect each of our manufacturing partners to maintain the highest quality standards through continuous QC checks and best practices. We want to be trend setters when it comes to quality and technology. That's why we regularly work with each of our facilities to update or upgrade machinery and processes to make sure you get the quality and performance you need from Centric activewear.

We'll never settle and we're not satisfied with just “good enough”. We're here to deliver you the best gear possible. Period.

Interested in learning more about our manufacturing processes? Let's dive into the details:

  • ISO9001

The ISO9001 certification is the international standard for a quality management system - also known as a QMS. Manufacturers who meet the ISO 9001 standards are committed to providing high-quality products and services that meet (or exceed) customer and regulatory requirements.

  • BSCI

Our manufacturing facilities use BSCI supported suppliers who are committed to continuously improving working and social conditions throughout the supply chain.

  • SA8000

The SA8000 is a social management certification that encourages organizations to develop, maintain, and apply socially acceptable practices in the workplace. Developed in 1989 by Social Accountability International, the SA8000 certification is regulated by an advisory board consisting of trade unions, NGOs, civil society organizations and companies. The SA8000's criteria were developed from various industry and corporate codes to create a common standard for social welfare compliance.

  • Reduce

We are always improving our processes to be more energy efficient and to consume fewer raw resources - such as water.

  • Reuse

We encourage all of our manufacturers to keep and resell their leftover materials. This encourages them to find new ways to use scrap and leftovers, which helps reduce the amount of material that is sent to landfills.

  • Recycle

We are always searching for new ways to recycle old materials. We work with some of the best material engineers in the business to develop ways to turn old things (such as water bottles) into new materials that we can use to make your activewear.

How do you guarantee that each Central piece stands up to your high-quality promise?

We started Centric because we were tired of dealing with low-quality activewear. It was clear that the activewear industry needed to raise it's quality standards, so we stepped up to the challenge. While some companies skimp on material production or avoid QC inspections to speed up the manufacturing process, each of our products are QC inspected six times from beginning to end. Because no one should have to tolerate low-quality, cheaply made activewear.

How are you keeping up-to-date with the latest technology and design trends?

Staying up-to-date on the latest manufacturing, design, and material tech is a challenge - but one that we gladly take on. To make sure we're always producing the best quality gear that you love, our product development and design teams regularly attend tech exhibitions.
